WHAT GOD EXPECT FROM US AS HIS CHILDREN

In the book of Genesis ,God told Abraham to sacrifice his only Son, A son gotten at 90 years. Breath taking ! , Abraham didn't hesitate, he proceeded immediately but God was testing his faith and obedient.

God is an unchanging being & the same forever that's to say God still test us but in different forms today from that of Abraham. We are passing through those test so there would be restoration. Jesus the only son of God demonstrated it on the cross by paying the price for our restoration.

As children of God we are commanded to be always obedient and more obedient in  period of trials. Job never gave up on God despite the state of his health. Obedience to God means keeping his commandments and avoid the worship of idol. Nothing marvel God like Faith in him even as human beings imagine how you feel when someone believes in you, it gears you to never disappoint that person ,God feels more of that.

As children of God we are expected to make rational choices or request when praying. King Solomon had all the opportunity to ask for wealth,Long life etc but ask for only Wisdom, Wisdom to lead the people of Isreal because that was vital at the moment and Wealth was added unto him because God was impressed. God is asking us today to make a request, if you impress him,others things shall be added unto thee. 

As children of God we are expected to love our neighbors like ourselves. We may not see God but our neighbors are so visible. It is wrong to pass your neighbor dying by the road side,show kindness and love,it pleases God because its the greatest command to us. God bless You!

In a nutshell God expect Obedient, Faith, Love and Right Prayers as his children.
