SOLUTIONS TO THE 'MADNESS' OF NO CHANGE
At least an average Nigerian capable of moving about to transact business or leisure has been a victim or a witness to the mad display of misunderstanding arising from no balance or "no change",as it is widely known.
No change is now an inclusive habit in the exchange of goods & services in Nigeria. At least there's daily profit loss in businesses because of the sorrowful context of, "no change".

And other words are now what must be understood as a criteria for any transaction.
It manner of expression by business owners portray anger as if it's a channel of bad luck from the amiable Customers who mostly won't take it cool too, hence resulting to verbal battle and possible exchange of hungry muscles.

Despite the giftedness, there's often disappointment resulting to the termination of exchange of goods & services. I no see change!.
An average mind often wonders if the notion of, "no change" is a deliberate wicked act perpetrated by almost looking business men but an ideal mind would chant alleluia of pardon to such average mind imagination.
The solution to this described "madness of no change" goes back to our Financial Institution specifically the Banks. The banks have poorly considered the effect of the constant push of One Thousand Naira Notes & Five Hundred Naira Notes to the public through ATM and Counter Withdrawals.
They are presently Millions of Automated Teller Machine in Nigeria for accessibility of funds by Customers(bravos) which are all loaded with maximum One Thousand Naira Notes and minimum Five Hundred Naira Notes, excluding two hundred, One hundred, fifty, Twenty, Ten and Five Naira notes in the uncomfortableness of it non availability.
Money as solidly known must be relatively scarce but not denominative scarce. Money is divisible and how is divisibility achieved if there's no adequate low denomination in circulation?.
It is pertinent for the Central bank to enhance and monitor the sufficient circulation of lower denomination through the commercial banks to the society else lives and businesses would be more lose to the "madness of no change".
Business owners should equally end the pretense of no change especially when the item to be bought is cheap. Customers should understand happily, business centers are not Money Minting Centers, hence there's possibility of, "no change" there in. ARISE CENTRAL BANK & END NO CHANGE.
