CULTISM IN OUR SOCIETY

Cultism in Nigeria has become a nation wide issue that demands attention of both the security and social educators . No month passes by without Cult fracas in different parts of Nigeria. Government attention is more on terrorism and minor less on this root of terrorism call cultism that have claimed many lives. 

Cultism started in Nigeria dated early 60s by a group who were believed to be marginalized. The present society seems to praise and uphold the practice then and criticize the present practice. Cultism is cultism, there's no acceptable reason for formulating or going into what is forbidden by the law. Each blood that is shed today is also on the hands of those who initiated cultism. They owe this society an unending apology.

Of recent New groups are emerging daily .More are killed daily, More are initiated . Innocent ones are intimidated especially when puting up Red or any affialited colour. The level of stupidness in youths is infinite. They want to be seen as hard men. Nonsensical!! . this stupidity is now worse in our villages, brother rises against brother, Son is Capon,Father is a member. Even girls are now notorious cultist. Cripples are also alleged with cultism. 

Lives have been cut short in our Society because of cultism yet stiffer penalties have not been taken. Its either they're bail after arrest or they're cheered for their guts. Madness!!. 

Cultism in our society will never end as long as Illicit drugs are on sale, 

Cultism in our society will never end as long as parents love have overshadowed discipline.

Cultism in our society will never end as long guns are accessible by the youths.

Cultism in our society will never end as long as they're needed by politicians.

Cultism will never end as long as our judicial system is base on as the court pleases, Executive is base on Rojar,Churches are base on saying things that pleases members to bring out money and not God.

Cultism will never end as long as Schools now focus on Mental Development leaving the affective and psychomotor domain.

Cultism will never end as long as the government keep failing.

Cultism will never end as long as they're Norse men nursing the upcoming Cultist. 

Cultism in our society will never end as long forgivers are seen like weakmen. 

Cultism will never end until there is efficient value reorientation and ethical cleansing.
