HAPPENING IN CALABAR :PASTOR'S PROPERTIES BURNT AFTER USING A CHILD FOR RITUALS

Properties belonging to a pastor Tony Obot that reside in Atamunu axis of Calabar South has been destroyed and burnt by angry resident in the area after they realized he used a one year baby for rituals.

According to eye witness the baby have been missing for over four days,the case was reported to the Atamunu police division but the child was found dead today after the pastor had butchered and was about burrying the little boy in the alter as rituals to get high numbers of worshippers.

Youths in the area set the church properties ablaze and the pastor barely escaped as police men took him away.

One Resident in the area described the act as barbaric,shameful and a warning to all church goers. The woman said "its so sad that the innocent child has gone this way but God will so comfort the family,he gives and takes, let this be a warning to all those still involved in such evil acts that someday they gonna be caught".

Rituals is more dominant in Nigeria and has sprayed to churches that are so suppose to end it because most people have realized opening or owning a church may easily get one riches as Nigerians are so generous once the name of God and some miracle are involved.

Speaking further one Mr. Unimke that stays close to the church and prevented the youths from setting it ablaze for the fear of wide spray of fire said " when i came to calabar they were many juju shrines located openly along the street but they have all turn to churches,each time i say this,people laugh or counter me but this is it for you now. The government if need be,ofcourse there is need already should control or check the activities of these generational churches with funny nicknames,they're now ugly business centers."

The corps was the little child was taken away by police men who are still on ground to restore peace in the area.
