MYSTERIOUS DEATHS IN NIGERIA UNIVERSITIES

What welcomes any into any higher institution of learning in Nigeria are obituary posters of very young staffs at the gates. It is now sorrowfully worse that one would see more new posters on his way out.

Such fears is shielded by prevention and calling the name of God. staffs in the university spend at least 10 minutes praying daily before seating on their rightful seats while others are involve in some abracadabra to what they believe and force to seek more sources of protection for long life reasons.

Mysterious deaths as alleged by observations is often on the grounds of position struggle like Dean, Head of Department (HOD), Exams Officer, Chairman of Significant groups, Coordinator of a programme and courses to be taught, who to clean the rewarding office of VC and among others non reasonable reasons to kill cause by jealousy, hatred and wickedness.

The expression of such acts cause by jealousy, hatred and wickedness in institutions of learning baffles few good men what really learning is about now.

The objective of a school is to achieve a permanent change in behavior of students who are great psychologists in picking up what's taught and as long as it comes from an entity call teacher. The mysterious death would probably be sustain as students becomes lecturers. God Help Us!!.

The qualification for becoming a teacher involves a period of four years training, where one is develop cognitively, psychomotor and affectively. To how teachers becomes killers got many wondering if its now a witchcraft training. To how teachers now behaves worse than the uneducated got many wondering how well packaged they are to pretend as teachers.

The impacts of this on students centers around failure, failure in achieving a positive permanent change in behavior but success in graduating as tabula rasa with negative behaviors express in cultism and other vices.

However, they are still few good ones preaching the gospel of change but such motion has been unachievable like the Change Nigerians currently know.

The most difficult aspect in life is enforcing a change especially to an aggrieved man revealed by God to be wicked even on normal circumstances but such effort shouldn't be dash.

There should be ethical cleansing of grievances, we have Professors, Doctors and Master degree holders in different fields, they should come out with solid approaches to settle disputes and the aggrieved should be subjected to continuous counseling services for treatment.

Stop the killings in Universities!!!, Its a disgrace to learning environment. A school is a school and not war zone.
