COURT SENTENCE MAN TO PRISON FOR DANGLING A BABY OFF A WINDOW

A court in Algeria has sentence a relative of a child to two years in prison for dangling a baby off a 15th floor block in Algiers,Algeria to attract likes on Facebook. 

The man who posted the pic on Facebook with a caption "1000 likes or I drop him off" got many reactions from Algerians who called for the authority to arrest him for child abuse. 

 

The man was arrested and charged with endangering the child safety on Sunday. The man has denied he put the child at risk saying the picture has been altered by social media users.

 The parents of the child had pleaded for his pardon but the judge ruled against him saying the picture was clear and the baby's life was in danger.
