FAYOSE 44M MERCEDES G WAGON BURNT IN LAGOS

A Mercedes G Wagon Vehicle belonging to the Governor of Ekiti State Ayodele Fayose was mysteriously burnt beyond recognitionburningagos State.

The governor as reported by his media and publicity aide Lere Olayinka was on his way to Lagos airport when the Mercedes G Wagon among his convoy caught fire.

The Mercedes G Wagon worth 44 Million Naira is the Governor's favourite as revealed by close associates of him.

Fayose was not in the vehicle set ablaze as speculated by posts on social media. Lere Olayinka cleared the air that the governor was not in the vehicle and he is in good health and appreciate all the goodwill messages sent to him. Lere added that Fayose expressed gratitude to all those who assisted in putting off the fire.

Lere did not revealed what was the mission of the Governor to the airport, where he was actually headed from the Airport or the condition of the G Wagon driver.

Some have asked if the vehicle was driving itself and have described the incident as "another Fayose Political stunt". One anonymous pray he should not blame APC and President Buhari for the expensive Car Burnt, "I pray Fayose shouldn't blame APC and Buhari for the cause of the car burnt, we all know the extent of that funny man."

The Mercedes G Wagon was taken away by the registered insurance company and would be fix by them in couple of days as part of the insurance policy.


This is the first time in a decade or since the inception of democracy that a vehicle belonging to a Governor would burnt mysteriously despite how allegedly well maintain than even the lives of most Nigerians. The cause of a Car burning in such manner is often associated with electrical faults.
