AFRICANS REACTS TO MILITARY MADNESS IN ZIMBABWE

Sequel to the Army taking over control and corresponding lock down of Veteran President Robert Mugabe in Harare, the Zimbabwe capital, Africans have reacted on Social Media and in the streets.

The reactions condemned and described the act that looks like a coup as "military madness".

Speaking in Calabar, the Cross River State headquarters a man who begged for anonymity because of the nature of the situation described the coup as an "ungrateful pay back".

"Such action is an ungrateful pay back to the efforts and services of Robert Mugabe and others that fought for Zimbabwe's independence. Many people won't understand the Goodman in Mugabe because the west have brainwashed them through social media outlets."

Robert Mugabe spent 11years in prison because of his pursue for freedom before Zimbabwe finally got her independence in 1980 and has zero allowance for any West influence, a position that is suspected to have warrant the likely coup.

One Johnson Smith on Facebook said "God will not allow a coup in Zimbabwe, not under the watch of Mugabe. Despite all the leadership styles and Economic situation in Zimbabwe, coup is not the best approach either. However Mugabe would be well guided now but i know he has always been in charge."

Helena Sure on tweeter also reacted thus "This is the reminder of the danger of giving weapons to man in the name of Security. They have in-turn contributed to  threatening the law instead of protecting it. Coup is not welcome in this century, issues are now solved with the brain and not muscles as Mugabe had rightly said. Mugabe may have attempt to solve issues with the muscles often times but that is not a ticket for coup."

Another respondent blame the West for the likely coup, "Am of the opinion that the West have a hand in this, read updates or writeup on BBC, CNN and others you would agree on their position. What a writer writes reveal his position, They are technically in support of the coup. This was the similar case with M. Gaddafi and now Africans have realized the goodness of Gaddafi. Go to Libya and you won't measure the extent at which they miss Gaddafi.

The west encouraged Africans on the need to wake up but if we do,they come in diabolical and mysterious shape. Am ashamed some people are jubilating over the news,If anything happens to Mugabe, it may take Zimbabweans till Christ comes to recover. I have spoken and its for the interest of Africans. Hear me."

The likely coup is suspected to be spear headed by the Emmerson Mnangagwa who was sacked last week as the Country's Vice President by Robert Mugabe. Emmerson as alleged is receiving a foreign support.

They have been failed coup attempt in Some African countries like Egypt and Burundi who are now struggling to recover. Perpetuators of the coup have face being Court Marshalled, prison sentence or fleeing away for safety.

Persons behind the likely coup in Zimbabwe have been reminded of the consequences of treason. They were warned by some African Union dignitaries on the danger of allowing "emotions subject them to foolishness by fools".

Other Africans call's for peace and respect for the rule of law as such military madness can lead to lose of lives and properties.

Robert Mugabe has entered the third day of Lock Down by the army who have denied reports of coup intentions but he had in a secure phone conversation told Jacob Zuma, the South Africa president that him and his family are alright.
