BOSS: Zedicus Piro why are you always coming late to work?
ZEDICUS PIRO: Sir its Personal Factor,
BOSS: What do you mean by Personal Factor?(shouting).
ZEDICUS PIRO: Sir Personal factor is when i want to wake early but can't because my body is still doing me "sleep sleep".
BOSS: bring your phone out fast,set the alarm to 5:am daily, have you done so?
ZEDICUS PIRO: Yes sir.

The following morning at about 5:am the alarm began ringing, its 5:o'clock in the morning, I pushed the phone away. After some minutes the stubborn phone rang again,I pushed it further away. The phone mysteriously rang,"Your Boss will push you away for me,You Lazy Nigerian Youth".

I still relaxed and snore as usual and went late to work.

BOSS: You are late to work again? What happened to the Alarm?
ZEDICUS PIRO: Sir its still Personal Factor.
BOSS: That's good, have you heard of Sacking Factor?
ZEDICUS PIRO: Yes Sir, Sacking Factor is when you can't sack a worker because of Personal Factor.
