AYADE RESTORED LIGHT IN OBUDU
The governor of Cross River State Prof Ben Ayade has finally restored light in Obudu after almost two years of blackout in the local government Area. The light which was restored this evening record a super jubilation and shout of joy in the area.
Obudu the home of the governor has been without light since December 2015 when the governor disconnected the area from Power Holding Company of Nigeria supply station that link light to the area in order to supply power in the area using heavy coil Mikano Generators. These however worked for a while but stopped because of the exorbitant bills brought at the end of the month that was rejected by the residents in the area.
The governor has faced many appeals and criticism to use his power to restore light back to his home town and other local government areas in the state. These seems to them like it felt on deaf ears but the governor has harkened to their supplications and cry. Obudu now have light. Thank You Our Excellency Prof. Ben Ayade for this step, when there's light, there's life. We are rest assured that other yearnings will be given maximum attention too soon.
Obudu are happy!! Thank You!!!!.
