BRIDE ABANDONED WEDDING VENUE FOR DEPARTMENTAL EXAMS

Mrs Dooshima Aondaver Moses a third year student of Benue State university,Markudi shared her story on Instagram how she left her wedding venue to sit for a departmental examination.

According to Dooshima the wedding which took place on the 7th of October this year coincided with her exams and efforts to reschedule it was abortive.

Dooshima said "plans were already on ground for my wedding, people have been informed,the exams was just fixed a week to my wedding just after Academic Staff Union of University (ASUU) strike was suspended, I could not alone influence the decision of the department, not just any department but Economics and needed no carry over. On the day of the wedding i sneaked out of the reception venue, my husband and pastor were aware but others that were not started murmuring after a while as i was told. When i arrived the classroom with my wedding gown every countenance was normal as both my lecturers and course mates were aware of my wedding."

Dooshima added that "the exams took the rest of my wedding day for me, i only met my husband in the hotel room when i was done, he understood because it was an Economics Exams. That was just what happened, Please am happy together with my understanding God given husband,it is a dream come through, disregard any rumors that i abandoned my husband in the alter. If you abandoned a man on such days you don't go back to be with him,I am in his comfortable arms."

Mrs Dooshima Moses narration is coming after rumors by some external family members and residents of Benue state that she ran away from her husband on the alter because she was forced into the marriage while others alleged she was posses by evil spirit.

Her instagram Followers wished her success in the ever memorable exams and marriage. One specifically advised that marriage should be carefully planned to render rumor Mongers jobless. He further jokingly said "i doubt if you would really pass that course".

Other Stories about wedding day in Nigeria have been women going into labour, food and drinks not being enough, wardrobe misfortunes, husband not arriving on time hence creating panicked on the bride, poor English expression of marriage vows by the couples and etc but this is a unique one.
